Dear Forumers!
I am happy to announce, that I invite everyone, who is interested to study the professinal practice of icon painting to attend my intensive workshops, dedicated to:
Live Tradition of Icon Painting:
July 2-20 - St. Petersburg (Russia),
Chicago, IL: September 11-16
Seattle, WA: September 18-23 (USA)
and
Medieval Truefresco technology for mural painting:
Chicago, IL: September 8-10
Seattle, WA: September 25-27
The workshops will be organized as a several days Master-Classes. The practice and theory will be united in an intensive program to make every participant "merge" the world of Medieval Sacred Art through iconography.
The icon painting workshop in Russia, planned for the very beginning of July, will actually have a very similar program, but with additional events: excursions to Russian Museum and Hermitage during the workshop and individual cultural schedule afterwards.
For further information, please visit my web-site at www.sacredmurals.com (http://www.sacredmurals.com/) or ask Your questions directly to me on this Forum or via e-mail alfresco@list.ru (alfresco@list.ru) .
With warmest regards,
