The armory is restocked twice a month. The next restock will happen on or about April 15. :)

Well sometimes the shipper is slow. Other times the jobber is to blame and every once in a while, the guy in charge of inventory falls asleep at the wheel. ;)
But the real answer is, Erwin has set it up so that items run "out of stock" for at least a short period of time, I think to give meaning to the armory auction. They must be manually re-stocked.
