I have my suspicions ^_^ May I just take this opportunity to say that the post that I did not get to post was to Naomi, saying that even if we do not agree on baptism and communion I would still like her to watch my children while my husband and I tour England. :P

Hey, our side got the last word! ;)
I squeezed my response in to contramundum just before it was locked.

As Anglicans, we don't have a theology, we just discuss thing theologically.
All of us, including myself, need to get along better and work harder at understanding why one another think differently.

I guess you all will have to deal without the benefit of my wisdom :preach: :P ^_^

I'd like to say that I really enjoyed that thread. I hope Pamela opens it again soon and we can get a chance to look at the scriptural support for both positions.

Pardon?
Then why will I be taking "Systematic Theology" as part of my seminary training?

I haven't read the thread, but if it became the least bit controversial then the staff tend to lock a thread to review it amongst the staff to see if it should be permanently locked due to a variety of reasons
I can see that pmcleanj locked it "for staff review"
~ ~
It's not too sinister. Sometimes staff reviews are there to give us a cooling down period. Sometimes to enable them to read over a 60-post thread without new additions. I suspect it will re-open soon because, IMV, there were no rule violations - and they are just double-checking this.

Hey, I was just thinking - the title of this thread is probably not the best to outsiders.

In order to learn how to think theologically?

But you're still wrong, and I'm still Anglican in faith and practice. :D

Yes, and it was woeful. When the thread re-opens I will reply.
Young man, we have to talk about exegetical method and about you learning Greek. :D

I think you know what I mean. We don't have one theology - we have, as +Frank might say polyformtheology.
