All members of TAW, inquirers, and visitors please remember that the internet is an unreliable place, and that while we should trust each other to be who we say we are, please remember that some people are NOT who they say they are. :eek:

In other words: Do not give personal information, and, most importantly, if someone speaks to you saying they are clergy, and you cannot verify that independantly, and that the person online IS the person they claim to be, PLEASE do NOT allow yourself to be guided by them in spiritual matters, no matter how good their posts seem! :preach:

Ask a real-life Orthodox priest to sit down with you. They will be more than happy to do so. :hug:

If you have doubts about a person claiming to be clergy, for any reason, no matter how minor, please PM TAW Staff, and we will be happy to look into the matter for you, as far as we are able.:help:
