Third Temple

Anyone have any thoughts, opinions or Biblical interpretations on the rebuilding of a Third Temple?

I believe it's not that far off... and if that's the case many more events will follow.

The political turmoil as well as the spiritual turmoil is overwhelming.  When I was there in 97' and 99', I visited what is called the "Temple Institute" in Jerusalem.  This institute was informative about the current preparations that are being made for the Thrid Temple.  From the temple instruments, to the ephods, to the sacrificial tools, to the - you name it!  All of these things are being prepared.  I also visited the street (couldn't go inside) of where the main database is located that holds all the names of the Jews from Levitical descent that would be able to serve as priests.  With all of this info, we know that it must not be far off... now only one missing piece to the puzzle: How will the Jews regain control of the Temple Mount?

pray4: all I know is as soon as it is done, kiss this way of life goodbye the end will be upon us. The temple will need to be rebuit for the antichrist to come.

Yeah that about sums it up! :)
Could be a LOT closer than we think. I was talking about it with my family the other day. I said that as soon as the Jews get the Temple Mount back (as it rightfully belongs to them), we all better be watching the sky! LOL!

On another note, I really am praying about the election today in Israel. pretty intense. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem. So much turmoil.

Yeah, I'm not so sure about that theory though. I got to do a really cool thing. The leader of our group when I went to Israel was able to get us into the Western Wall tunnels because he's a very respected man. We were able to see and to roam through all the underground tunnels beneath the Wall as well as practically underneath (as close as we could get) to the Temple Mount. Now, I don't know exactly where we were in relation to the old temple (I'd have to see a map) but it seems very likely that the Temple Mount is most accurate. I could be completely wrong though!

Nice Question Pray...

All I know is the period when the 3rd temple will be built, that land will become even worse than now. Lots of fighting and deaths. Some people say its the wall that will crumble, other think Israel will just go by force and make the 3rd temple over Al Aqsa. I think this new Israel voting thing has something to do with it though, which might bring new motives to the Israeli table. Pray the temple will come soon.

EGADS NO!! I'm sorry but I will not pray for the temple to come soon. I will pray for the Lords will and beg Him for mercy! There are still many many lost souls out there who need Christ and I'm gonna ask for as much time as possible to reach as many of those lost souls as possible! Lets get as many souls into the Ark as possible before we ask God to closed the door and seal it with pitch from outside cause once that door is closed the rain is coming. When God is ready . . . until then, MERCY!!

I believe that there is some symbolism here. The dome is the third most important site for Islam. Research the number three in scripture.

I completely agree. Islam's holiest places as follows: Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem. (Jerusalem is considered third by impotance according to Islam.) But yes, three seems to be a number to keep in mind.
