Are we allow to use bible verses?

Being there so many different versions of the bible are we to make sure what version it's from and if we are allowed

How do you add the color red or blue and bold?

I ask because I can't seem to find the wiki tags to do this and the regular vb codes don't work. alot to learn alot.. hehe.
