hi i have gotten all my required items for my character but cant put them togeather or have her appear can anyone help me here thank you

Have you bought eyes, hair etc?

You need to equip them. So in that page where you bought everything from, on the right hand side there should be a column saying "Equip". You have to click on the categories but this time you can equip them instead of buy them - only the things that you have bought already will show up.
