We need Just a Kids Forum

Okay, I had wondered about those 12 and under...

Most forums prefer users to be 13+.

I'm not sure if there's an actual law, but most forums want parental consent before 12-and-unders join. Some topics can get a bit mature for young children, and it's probably safer to restrict their access to the forums until they can really understand mature stuff.

There simply aren't enough kids to justify a new forum. Usually there needs to be a petition for a new forum and lots of support before that new forum is made, I think.

You'd have to take that up with Erwin or a moderator. I'm still fairly new here.

Why do they let kids join then if they will not let them have a forumWell, Sarah-who-stole-my-name, I think that because there are very few people under the age of 13 on the site it would not be worth the effort to set up and moderate a whole new section. Besides, there's plenty of other stuff you can do :thumbsup:

We've asked for a 12 and under forum before but Erwin flat-out refused it.I have 2 children on here that are 12 and under and they have my (and staffs) permission to be here.
Erwin felt it would be a predators playground to have a forum full of pre-teens.
