What are you "saved" from if you are still in your sin? Isn't the purpose in getting saved to be freed from sin and to be conformed to image of Christ?

I am truly sorry, but I cannot believe that any pedophile will change their habits because they think of the damage their conduct causes their victims.

If you read Revelation you will find that there is a continuing falling away of mankind. This takes the form of two major vices, drug addiction and sexual immorality.

Humans, being what they are, continue to look for new and more exciting ways to satisfy their carnal desires. Addiction to drugs becomes so powerful that they will eventually kill themselves to get that next "high".

Sexual perversion is an addiction, and the need for ever more exciting experiences causes them to explore ever more depraved methods to meed that "need".

I am not, in any fashion, justifying either drug abuse or pedophilia. Frankly, I think anyone dealing drugs should be permanently removed from society, and so should anyone who commits mandatory rape. Mandatory rape of women, men, or kids.

By permanent removal, I mean the death penalty. I realize this is going to raise some eyebrows.
