I just read that one - very good stuff - though he tends to hold a bit of an overly optomistic view that one day there will be more Christians than unbelievers. Not sure I agree with that. Still, one of the best I've read on all the five points...

He is Post-Mil. That is the hist. Post-mil view. The optimism does have a nice appeal.
