Which Rite Do You Attend?

I attend only rarely b/c the nearest AMiA church is a couple hours away (I've been like three times)...I believe they use the Kenyan Liturgy (or some adaptation) - if I were to attend a ECUSA parish though, I'd opt for Rite II

I selected Common Worship, though in reality most CofeE churches use a modified version of Common Worship.

good morning friends,

we attend the contemporary service at our church. it is a rite II service from the 79 bcp with contemporary music. we sometimes attend the more traditional rite II service where there is a lovely choir and more traditional hymns.

our church also has a rite I service that we have never been to, but plan to try out.

We use the 1548 mass. It's ok.

thanks! i really enjoyed reading through that. i was in the last generation of rcc altar servers who leaned all of the latin responses. a few months after i had them down enough to pass the test, vatican II changed the service to the vernacular.
