It's great that we're back!

However, while i'm constantly thankful for Erwin's hard work on the forum i really do not like the way this 're-jig' has worked out. Everything is so dark and depressing, all condensed together. It feels like i'm on some sort of computer troubleshoot forum with their dull colours, rather than a forum where i can look forward to posting on and enjoy my time spent here.

The resurrection of Jesus was a glorious event where he was transformed in a most heavenly way - i don't realy think the concept of resurrection applies in this instance. :(

PS: I must admit that Erwin has set the bar for forum design so impossibly high that only God himself could surpass him! I really do appreciate all the wonderful things that Erwin does here - in fact, he's created it all so well that the only thing i'm complaing about is the colour scheme!

Everything is small now.

Is it impossibly slow in general, or is that just an issue on dial-up?

It's not slow for me, but we just increased our broadband speed or whatever it is called.

I'm not keen on the dark grey sides, either. But I love the character scene at the top! Other than that, I can't see much difference.

Well, if this is the permanent speed under dial-up, I'll have to give up on CF because this is unusably slow. (Broadband is not currently available where I live.)

:( maybe it isn't the permanent speed? maybe when Erwin finishes adjusting everything it will improve? I hope so for your sake, ebia, and I'm sure there are lots of CF members who also can't get broadband yet, so for their sake, too.

Last night CF was impossibly slow for me as well but this morning it works wonderfully. Thank you to Erwin and I like the grey borders:).

What a colorful day! I like all the playing going on with color schemes. It makes me want to check back about every twenty minutes. Great work! :D It's exciting to see the forums metamorph.

Wow, I logged off for 3 hours, come back and *zing*!!!
It's completely different again (brighter and better)!

I kinda liked those CF characters in the woods that were at the top...

But this is better  !!!

Oh, I'm glad they're gone, they freaked me out. They reminded me of a scene from "Children of the Corn" did you ever see that movie?

^_^
yes, I have seen that, and I can see what you mean!
The CF characters did look a bit zombie-ish, I guess.

Does anyone else have their CF character, faith icons, ect... back? I do at this moment.

I certainly like how it works on firefox. :-)
The only thing is that it takes a little while to load when I go to post a reply to a thread...
