Last night, I had a nasty dream of that I was burning in hell. It was so real, that when I woke up, I was so afraid and couldn't go back to sleep. The reason I was burning in hell was because I had turned my back on "God's One True Church". This is what I was left with when I woke up. I think there's something deep inside me that is afraid to leave the RCC. What is going on with me?

Damnation is what Jesus threatened hypocritical and corrupt religious leaders and unrepentant sinners with. Unless you are in that crowd - and if you were, you probably wouldn't feel fear or remorse - I would say that the dream does not come from God, and it is something inside you - or oppression from the outside.

Dreams are not from God, some are but when they are you will know, and God will not frighten you like that. If anything it is from Satan, scaring you so you won't leave the RCC. He does not want you to become Orthodox. He is just trying to trick you.
Say this prayer before you go to sleep it will help..
"Grant us , Master, as we depart for sleep, rest for body and soul. Protect us from the gloom of sinful sleep, and from all dark pleasuers of the night. Calm the impulses of passion, and quench the firey darts of evil which are treacherously cast against us. Check the turbulence of our flesh and lull all our earthly and mundane thoughts. Grant us, O God, a watchful mind, prudent reason, a vigilant heart, and tranquil sleep, free from all evil dreams. Raise us up at the hour of prayer, strengthen us in your commandments, and keep unshaken within us the rememberance of your judgements. Grant us to glorify you all night long that we may praise and bless and glorify your all honorable and magnificent name, of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and to the ages of ages."
Amen.

Nothing other than basics fears tinged with some guilt that is popping up in your psyche. I went through it. We carry baggage. Conversion is NOT easy.....The weeks before my chrismation I prayed the Jesus Prayer and played some Byzantine Chant every night as I lay in bed going to sleep... Honestly it helped. Don't stress on it though. All will be well.
Praying for your peace of mind.

Dreams are more often than not simply the mind decompiling all the information it took in over the course of the day. Fears about leaving a church are completely normal, it's a form of self doubt. Its rather like phases of life that require the individual to move on, from high school to college for example. There is always going to be a component of doubt and fear of the unknown.
The enemy will become more fierce as you slip out of his grasp, but God is with us. If God is with you, then who can be against you?

Dreams can be supernatural in nature, but are much more likely just our subconscious minds trying to work through things in our lives. Before I take exams that I am worried about, I frequently have dreams that I am taking the exam and forget everything and sit there in the classroom watching the time tick away completely unable to answer any of the questions. This is just the manifestation of my anxiety about the test coming up. You know that it will be said by many in the Roman Catholic Church that if you leave the Pope's jurisdiction, you are in spiritual trouble, so more than likely this dream was just a manifestation that comes from having to face that anxiety.

I know what you mean about dreams that are more real than usual which wake you in terror. I have those on occasion. Its almost as if once you wake you can discern an evil presence still lingering in the room. No doubt the enemy can amplify legitimate psychological fears and anxieties through various means, including dreams. When these sort of dreams occur, somehow Im able to start praying to Christ in the dream and shortly after I will wake up. I think the prayer 'repentant' shared will be of great help. Theres reason someone penned that prayer! The enemies plans are being disrupted, and he now fears God's plan for you and the power of the Church in your life. You will prevail through Christ.

In addition to its many other benefits, the Jordanville Prayer book also has some great prayers of protection to be said over your bed.

I had terrible nightmares while coming to accept Christ as a Muslim. They mostly involved visions of demons and feelings of overwhelming dread.
In my opinion, I don't think that God deals in terror. We may have feelings of dread over sin or feel the weight of this world, but I don't think God, our Heavenly Father, terrorizes us. Which would mean that these kinds of dreams come from somewhere else.
