This is an area that divided even the apostles, look at Acts 15 and the council of Jerusalem. Nobody suggested that the Jews should ignore the law, so I guess Jews should still be keeping the law, as for the gentile believers, the following was decided (Acts 15)
19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 For Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.”

Verse 21 - shows that the gentiles were expected to learn Torah every Shabbat.... The first part was to make them acceptable to enter a shul to learn Torah.

Yet, many times, Gentiles didn't enter a shul to learn Torah. A travelling Jewish believer such as Peter or Paul would bring it to them. Sometimes they did this in synagogues, it's true, but other times it would be in their homes.
BTW, I've been studying in C-L synagogue for some time, and they haven't inquired into my habits, as to my being acceptable to enter etc. That could possibly be because I stated at the outset to the rabbi that I was a Christian who loves Israel, and they're taking me as such.

We're talking at the Time that Acts was written, not now. Synagogues now are as varied as churches as to what they deem acceptable or not.

Well verse 21 specifically mentions Moses being preached every shabbat....
The modern shul is a lot different than those 2000 years ago.
