Ariel Sharon just suffered a brain hemorrage. He is going into surgery now. My prayers go out to him, his family and Israel.

I can't honestly say that I like the man. He was both the greatest expander and "av hayishuvim b'Yehudah v'Shomron" in the Land of Israel. How someone can do so much good and cause so much destruction is beyond me. I hope all that he has "accomplished" in the last couple of years continues to crumble and the world sees the tyranny that is the Palestinian leadership and indeed, the corruption in the current Israeli leadership.
However, despite his mass drawbacks and shortcomings, I wish him a r'fua shleimah.

Sharon's friends are saying "Hope for a miracle". Look's serious. My prayers are with him.

He was driven from the Negev to Hadassah Hospital; he apparently refused to go by helicopter - that's a long time to be putting up with a brain hemorrage. My dad died of complications of one, but it took 4 agonizing years.

Doctors report that the stroke has left Sharon paralyzed over half his body and he his speech has been severely impaired as well. Sharon’s medical team added that his chances of returning to his previous neurological state are almost non existent.
Doesn't look good.

"Blessed are the feet of he who brings good news"
I pray that someone, somehow, might whisper the name of Jesus Christ into that old man's ear.

He was supposed to make a decision today about more expulsions, apparently he and father did not see eye to eye. At least, this is how i see it.
However, i'm suppose to pray for him.
:prayer: May fathers will be carried out for the land of his people. :prayer:

It appears that you see this as a good thing for the Jewish people? I wish I could share in your optimism.
Who will run the country? Who is at the head at this time?

The jewish people do not want to leave their homes anymore. From what i understand there are still families liveing in hotels from the 1st expulsions that had beautiful homes. Hammas never stopped attacking Israel as the agreement was so as far as covenants go, they broke theirs.
I'm sure the government will manage just fine.

Ehud Omert is in charge now. He use to be the Mayor of Jerusalem. Isreal is a strong nation and they will come through this hard situation. They did fine after the assasination of Rabin, so I am not worried about Israel. They are in G-d's hand and no one can take them outof it.

Never fear... G-d is in control of this country.
We as Believers have the greatest Hope and full security in Him.
I am personally using this as a means to talk to more Israelis about their beliefs.
The harvest is truly ripe here.
