I can't post outside sources yet. So, if someone could post the symbol letters for me I would appreciate it.
Some translate it as Taw others as Tav.

Are these the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet? Was this in the original text translated to Greek meaning Alpha and Omega? I have heard of two descriptions of this. One was that Aleph is the symbol for sacrifice or ox and Taw is the cross. Meaning it started with sacrifice but ended on the cross. The second is that Aleph Taw means "you" signifying that man could become God.

Yes, Aleph and Tav are the first and last letters of the Hebrew aleph-bet.

The word pictures for the Hebrew letters are amazing. I know one of our members has done much research into the Tav and its significance. Check out this post by talmidim:

That information is incredible. It explains so much. Is it too early in our relationship to say I love you? I am in your service. I had been speaking to someone about the mark of God and of the beast. Those threads have opened a new avenue of knowledge. I always know that we have to go back to the original text. Translations get to muddied.

well I'm flattered, but I didn't write any of that good info for ya ;) So thanks to G-d who gives those individuals wisdom and the ability to communicate it eh? :D

glad it helped a bit! I'm sure other members may have much more info on this broad subject :)
