Go here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6981409/

Click on the top show called "Peace on Earth"

Although the stupid person who wrote the caption calls it mosque, you may notice the crosses on top.

That's in Harbin, which is my favorite city in China and where I hope to live after I finish school here. It has a large Russian influence which is petty cool. There area actually a good number of Chinese Orthodox martyrs from this area.

Anyhoo, just though you might like the picture. Yes, that is made entirely of ICE and SNOW. They even make a life sized great wall and a hotel out of snow. It's pretty cool. :P

Calling a typical Russian (snow) Church a mosque!!!   I think that person is so ignorant that he had never seen pictures of the Cathedral of Basil the Blessed on Red Square (the snow Church looks very much like it!), which is pretty much the main association with Russia around the globe... Craaaazy!

Actually, the peoples of the North (in Russia or Alaska) who live close to the North Pole, live in "hotels" like that which they build out of snow bricks they cut out of the snow. It's pretty warm inside, comparing to the outside temperature (which I don't know how to express in Farenheit). You can make fire inside, and the walls become ice but don't melt. It's pretty cool :P

That's too bad. I wish there was an easy way to contact MSNBC about their mistake so they could correct it.
