Phi 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Heb 2:11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
PERSONALLY,I think this is spiritual healing,but can also be fleshy healing.
1Pe 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed
1Th 3:13 To the end he may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1Pe 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit,
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus

THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE NEW BODY ,HE HAS WAITING FOR US IN HEAVEN!

There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
1Co 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

THIS SHOWS THE POWER OF FAITH!
2Ti 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
You see here,dead is no more in CHRIST JESUS.This death HE speaks of is our spirits of course.For we fully understand the flesh will die!
2Ti 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
But OUR SPIRITS will never die,ONCE BORN OF GOD!

BUT after we need to read the living WORD and learn to walk in our spirits ,and take on the MIND OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST!
After the new birth.We must learn to walk in our new spirit ,born of GOD!
And to have a real relationship with the SPIRIT OF TRUTH!
