I just finished this book by R. C. Sproul. This is a wonderfully thoughtful and biblical treatment of the subject.
In particular, I was impresssed by his treatment of the juxtaposition of God's justice and holiness in relation to biblical events many consider unfair.

I have gotten that book for myself but haven't read it yet. Years ago I got the cassette tapes of the conference by the same name. If it's essentially the same material, then you're right. Sooo good.

RC Sproul helped open the door to me to a wonderful new world. I've shared The Holiness of God with many people since. A wonderful read, full of God's thoughts. Our own petty problems seem to fade away next to His Majesty.

I just bought tis book yesterday from my church's book table. I couldn't put it down; I have already finished the first three chapters! Though I probably should be slowing down to take time to absorb it all in and put some real effort into the questions at the end of the chapters. Did anyone else do them?
I'm excited about going through it. It seems like a wonderful book.
God Bless,
Erin
