Anyone know of some LCMS churches in the Boston area?

You could go to the LCMS website. They have a list of churchs on it. If there's more than one in the area they could check them all out by visiting.... Just an idea.

Go to the LCMS web page, click on "Directories" , click on "Congregations" and do a search by Zip code. You can set how many miles radius to search in so that it will include suburb towns that may not otherewise be known but are close by.

I can only find one church within 10 miles of Boston. Are there really so few Lutherans there? One would think that there would be more.

There are some more in the Greater Boston circuit. Do you know exactly where your friend is going?

M.I.T. I was kind of surprised that I was not able to find a LCMS Lutheran University Center or something like that in Cambridge

I went to Boston once, was a pretty nice place. A bit awful traffic tho.
