Does your church partake in Bible Quizzing with your teens?
Our Free Methodist church does and I think its an awesome thing.
Really has brought scripture alive and easy to memorize for them.
Our Youth Pastor has a pretty big part in it.
I think its an awesome thing for church youth to get into.

I really don't know. We only have a handful of teens. I'm glad your Church has found something that works AND is fun!

Its a pretty huge thing in the Free Methodist Church thats why I wondered if it was going on in other churchs.
Here is some more info on it. Its pretty big here in the states.

Hopefully my son will want to take part when he is older.
Heck I wish I had something like this as a child.

The non-denom we attend has Bible Bowl for kids in grades 2-5. Both of my kids were involved (younger one still is, but this is his last year)

My son is in his first year (he's in 1st grade) of Quizzing at our Nazarene church. His first meet is next Saturday! :) He has learned an amazing amount of stuff about the book of Matthew.
I just wish they expand the program to more than the same 5 books of the Bible (Genesis, Samuel, Matthew and I don't know the other two)

Don't they change every year.
The year I did it is was just on John.
(only one year because of lack of interest - no one else was interested :( )

Taken from nazarene.org..."Each year children study one of five books of the Bible-Genesis, Exodus, 1 and 2 Samuel, Matthew, and Acts.
Children's Quizzing Study Cycle
2005-2006 = Matthew
2006-2007 = Acts
2007-2008 = Genesis
2008-2009 = Exodus - World Quiz
2009-2010 = 1 and 2 Samuel"
Maybe different denominations get to do different books of the Bible. We did 1 & 2 Samuel last year.

My Church doesn't do it. In fact this is the first time I have ever heard of it. :)
