What is the current status of relationship between the Anglican Communion and the Eastern Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church? Also, what are the main obstacles in the way of reunification?

I don't think that full visible unity with the RCC is a realistic short-term goal of anyone. I believe the biggie that ARC is working on is acceptance of one another's Holy Communion.
You can read all about it here:
Sacrament of Unity (http://www.cofe.anglican.org/info/ccu/england/catholics/eucharist.pdf)
There are much dialogue between the two churches for many aspects of ministry and much progress is being made.

They are welcome to take communion in an Anglican church any time.

There sometimes seem to be as many obstacles as there are grains of sand on a beach, unfortunately. We do have many things in common that other Christians do not, though -- the historic three-fold minstry (bishop, priest, deacon), the real presence in the Eucharist, liturgical seasons and liturgical services/masses, the same canon of scripture, seven sacraments, etc. So there is a lot of common ground and we should celebrate that as fully as we can.

The fact that we have so much in common makes the separation more so painful.
What to say? What is the status?
Well, sometimes I think that we should get all the bishops in one room and not feed them until they get it all sorted...

I agree with you!! Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth did a similar type thing with the bishops in England.
