Just a heads up for those that can receive the History Channel - they are showing what looks to be a great two-part account of The Crusades tonight and tomorrow.
It might make a good discussion point for us in the next few days. :)

Knowing the History Channel, what they will present is a bunch of false, post-modern crap about what they "think" happened, but that isn't based on any factual truth.
You know, because according to them Jesus wasn't born in Bethlehem, and he traveled to the far east and studied with Hindus.
Utter nonsense.

The History Channel, unfortunately, has resorted to showing what they think will get ratings instead of HISTORY. Just to throw out there: every professor in the history department I received my degree from took the History Channel with a grain of salt.
