Praise God for a new disciple and an answered prayer!

Today my college ministry pastor sent us an extremely encouraging email. For the past six months, he's been praying that his son would come to Jesus Christ. Yesterday night, several of us got together for a group prayer, and our pastor joined us. He also asked us to pray for his son. That night (probably at around the time that we were all praying), his son made a decision to receieve Christ as his Lord!

I just wanted to share this with all of you as a testimony to the amazing power of God to use our prayers to glorify himself through his Son Jesus Christ, and to praise him for the miracle of faith. The gods of the nations are worthless idols, but truly our God reigns in heaven, and is able to draw all people to himself.

ive learned a few things in my walk, and never stop praying for someone is one of those lessons learned.
