The link to the denomination's official positions has been posted, but in reality you'll find quite a large array of beliefs within Methodism, and even within United Methodism. Some chuches are closer to their Anglican heritage, whereas others are closer to the stereotypical Evangelical Protestant ('evangelical' in the modern colloquial sense of the word, not the way it was used when Methodism started in the 1700s).

Personally, I probably take the Quadrilateral (Scripture-Tradition-Reason-Experience) more seriously than others, to the point that I believe that definitive truth can be found where all four - or any three, including Scripture - agree with each other (in other words, all the points are verified by each other symbiotically, without any one or two taking precedence, since nowadays things get taken out of context way too often and so even saying that Scripture takes priority over the others still subjects it to that individual's interpretation; the other two or three points that verify it help to dispel any of that from happening) and actually approach several of the denominational positions in a non-definite light, particularly in the areas where historically Catholic and Orthodox beliefs on certain subjects come into play. Despite the fact others may consider those things to be liberal, I label myself as a moderate. There are liberals and conservatives within Methodism also, and probably also a sizable portion of fundamentalists as well.
