Once the list is published the design team starts working on items. As they are completed, Libby and Mighty Halo add them to the armory and the request thread is updated to let people know that they're available. With a long list like this, it may take a couple weeks (or possibly more) for all the items to be completed.

We are barely half-way through this list (i.e., MH and I have yet to go over the other half of the list to decide if items will even be added or not) and here it is the 15th already.
