Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is feast of All Saints, and though in the Anglican Church we don't formally recognise days of obligation, i believe it to be a pious and profitable practice.
Almighty God,
you have knit together your elect
in one communion and fellowship
in the mystical body of your Son Christ our Lord:
give us grace so to follow your blessed saints
in all virtuous and godly living
that we may come to those inexpressible joys
that you have prepared for those who truly love you;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen
May you all have a blessed All Saints day.

Happy All Saints!
"On earth, we hath union with God the three in one, and mystic... sweet communion, with those whose rest is won, O happy ones and holy, Lord, give us grace that we, like them, the meek, and lowly, may dwell on high with thee!"

O God, the King of saints, we praise and magnify thy holy Name for all thy servants who have finished their course in thy faith and fear; for the blessed Virgin Mary; for the holy patriarchs, prophets, apostles, and martyrs; and for all other thy righteous servants, known to us and unknown; and we beseech thee that, encouraged by their examples, aided by their prayers, amd strengthened by their fellowship, we also may be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; through the merits of thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
