ok...I am southern baptist...but what is anabaptist? I have never heard of this before...

There are a lot of different anabaptists-generally called mennonites, amish, hutterites. And within those groups there are dozens of subgroups. And within those subgroups there are dozens of sub-subgroups. And it goes on.
Their most noticeable trait is in being a peace church (no war/military service/police service/etc)

Another difference is that typically Baptists believe OSAS and Anabaptists do not.

You will find only limited info on the web for anabaptists. The book that best describes their beliefs would be Doctrines of the Bible by Daniel Kaufmann.
