Sorry I didn't get back to you guys sooner...He is still waiting for final word form them but it looks likenow that he is overqualified for the job(that means they cant pay him enough hehehe) Sad for everyone cuz they would love to have someone like him but don't have a buget to bring him on...the pr person is still trying though I think..:wave:.Thanks for you prayers though cus I am sure they are resting at ABBA's throne for the next one...(and who knows maybe the funds will suddenly appear)

Is he willing to take what they can pay? If so, then there might be a deal that can be reached. Is cost of living lower in that area, so that it wouldn't affect your bottom line to take the cut in pay? You can compare cost of living rates here: http://www.bestplaces.net/index.html

The cost of living is lower but not that much (they want to him to take almost 30% less than what he makes now)...That is like stepping back 10 years and with our economy as high as it is .....well lets just say there are other fish in the sea, and we may catch one alittle bigger if we wait...I know DH would love to live there and ABBA loves to bless his kids soo I am still praying for that dream to come true!
