Research work has been completed, and the results are in....

I talk like this occasionally and then manage to pull off a very Posh well spoken style at other times.

That is the icon for the CF "job" he holds. Others are other colors. If you go up to "Jobs" on the bottom blue task bar at the top of the page, you can get a job yourself. It is based on post count, and you get a salary in blessings each week.
