View Full Version : I'm having a technical problem with this forum

I don't know if anyone can help.

I had to change my options to plain text in order to view this forum because it crashes my browser. I've tried 3 different browsers, it crashes all of them when I have the forum enabled for graphics.

I *think* it might be the chat window on the front page, something about that that my pc doesn't like.

I looked in all my options in my member control panel and couldn't find a way to hide the chat window from my view (assuming that's the problem).

I hate the plain text version. It's ugly and also doesn't have a lot of features, like I can't quote anyone when I post, I can't see the smilies when I post, I can't give blessings, and who knows how many other features I'm missing out on.

I hope somebody can tell me if there is any hope for my browser if I go back to the graphical version. :(

The problems seems to be your computer and certain setttings, I would suggest you post your problem here

http://www.christianforums.com/f125-computers-internet.html

Or visit the support forums for your browser(s) and see whether someone has a suggestion how to solve your problem.

Thank you, I didn't see that section. Maybe because it's harder to find stuff in plain text version lol

I'll move this thread from Chat With Staff to the Computers and Internet forum :)

I've noticed that the question has been posted over in Computers and Internet already, so I shall close this thread since that's the right place to post about a computer related issue.
