Here I was thinkin' I was the only animal here, but I see I'm wrong. Howdy, Borris! I'm Mister Ed.

Now I like humans as much as the next animal, but anybody thinkin' they're gettin' a diaper anywhere near my rump better think twice! I don't like kickin' you, but I will if I have to, because I ain't nobody's pet! So, just don't be confusin' me with any of them little horsies, and we'll all get along just fine.

Howdy, P & M! I'm doing fine now that Libby is getting fresh diapers. The diapers are just for the young pets. This is like their diaper service thread, to trade in old diapers for new fresh ones.
But it's good to see another pet (or 2, of...?) to actually talk with. Some of the pets seem a bit like the proverbial tar baby - they just smile and don't really say much.

I'm mighty glad to see another animal here myself, but I'm nobody's pet horse: Wilbur was my pet human.
Why don't those pets talk any, Borris? Most of these humans have been laughin' at me since I got here, so maybe they don't want to talk to them, but how come I can't get any of 'em to talk to me?

No, I was living the good life; I had Wilbur pretty well trained (He was kinda dumb, but you don't wanna let the smart ones know you can talk), then everything went black and I wound up here.

Well, Easy is a very young horse...he doesn't know many words yet...but he is eager to learn...he does just lie down a fall asleep a lot.

Yeah, my mother taught me that when I was just a colt. That's why I'd hate to go see her wearin' a big old diaper with my tail stickin' out of it!
A long time ago, there was this actor named Buck Henry and a man hired him to pretended to be the president of this Animal Decency League. He actually managed to talk some humans into puttin' pants on their farm animals. You can imagine what a horselaugh we had over that...except for the horses whose humans actually fell for it and made 'em wear 'em. They looked real funny and they were mighty embarrassed!
I'd hate for my mother to think that I'd been consortin' with the kind of foolish humans who thought I had to go around in diapers! Hats, now. Hats are different. I like hats! I got a nice straw one that keeps the sun off.

Well this computer's actin' kinda funny, and it's my bedtime already, now that the nights are drawin' in now. Thanks for talkin' to me, Miz Liberty. I enjoyed it!

Nope. Your pet will be able to use the little door to go outside.

The reason for this: at times pet owners are not able to log in every day - which means that litter boxes cannot always be emptied and refilled and that could cause, ahem, all of us to have to hold our breath and one can do that only for a very limited amount of time ;)

Nah - don't go by outside appearances. I might be single but I single handedly found out that diaper duty is not fun at all.

I did give years of my life voluntarily to this duty and I never saw the fun it ... maybe Topsy is the exception to the rule but me thought the babies protest too much. I never heard a thank you from any of them. So I am pouting :(

:hug:I had to be put up for adoption, but just as the deed was being deeded, I escaped into CF cyberspace and wound up in Georgia or Iowa or some corny field somewhars here abouts. It were before all these new fangled pets started poping up everywhars. I'm a pet of the old code. Me and 3 of 8 were the onliest old code pets to survive, and even then I've changed a bit. The new pets are very nice, even as teenagers, but there's just something about the old code that makes one feel secure and oddly unique - like an old red rubber ball, or a picture of your great great grandmother once removed. :o
