O.k. I just came back from Sunday School, and they gave me a book to read and use as a guideline for teaching. I co-teach graduate level, which is eight and ninth graders, and basically the class is a discussion/seminar type of setting. The book they gave me was "Contemporary Moral Issues Facing the Orthodox Christian" by Stanley S. Harakas. It's published by light & Life.
Has anyone read this book, if so do you have any feedback?
Does anybody know of any good resources for The orthodox stance on moral issues, either some books,or the writings of the church fathers and saints?
Any discussion questions, ideas for lessons , or suggestions would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Gregory
