Who is Team Alpha?

This is probably a stupid question, but in the FAQ section it says that in order to change your faith icon, you have to PM a moderator, Team Alpha, and they'll change it for you. How exactly do you do this?

You can send me the icon change if you'd like and I can pass it on for them.. That is no problem for me, or if you'd rather send it to Alpha.. They are....
