Dissensions in Church

How to face turmoil in church;
especially when the council is against Pastor.
Recently, my pastor's wife want to be Assistant Pastor with salary, some people are against this.
Where shall I stand?
You know, church got a lot of problems, sometimes it is PERSONAL,
people are split into different groups.

As for this one, this is really tricky. Christians are redeemed sinners - and sometimes that sin shows itself in really ugly ways.

Sometimes the issues are personal, but sometimes Christians disagree on how they understand the Bible.

Dissensions in the church can be such an ugly thing. I guess in order to help
shed some light on this for you I need to know if you are more inclined in a certain way of thinking than the others.

The epistles written by Paul and Peter deal much with church gorvernment. I'd compare the church situation you're facing against the standard of God's Word, and go with the view that is biblical.
