I have been posting this around on the sites I visit. Thought I'd stick it here. The more prayer the better!
Hello,
I wanted to give all an update on our four-month-old daughter. Charisa was injured at daycare today. She suffered a really bad blow to the head. She was rushed to Children’s Hospital in Omaha. Her skull has suffered a major fracture on the right side of her head. It looks terrible. You wouldn’t believe that a baby could survive such an injury. The good news is that her brain looks normal on all scans. No bleeding or fluid. She is totally responsive and hasn’t lost any brain function. She is in good spirits, eating good and responding normally. The doctors are going to repair the dent in her skull tomorrow at 3:00. If everything looks normal in there we could be home by Wednesday night. If there are complications we might be over there for a while. Please keep our daughter in your thoughts and prayers. It is nothing less than a miracle that she is still with us.
I believe in the power of His children uniting in prayer! Please keep her in prayer for the next two days.

Heavenly Father,
Please allow your healing hand to heal Charisa. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring her health of body and spirit that she may grow to serve You with all her strength. Touch gently this life, which You have created, now and forever.

Hi,
Charisa made it through surgery in great shape today. Everything went perfect. They repaired the damaged skull with only a tiny little cut about a quarter of an inch long. If the correction is stable for the next 72 hours then the fracture will have time to harden back into the normal shape. I tell you, the skull of a baby is an amazing thing. You wouldn't believe that such an injury was survivable let alone NO trauma to the brain!!! All scans normal. She is eating and totally responsive. WHAT A MIRACLE!
The thousands (and I do mean thousands of good believers) united in prayer these last twenty-four hours have touched our lives. We could feel your prayers. The doctor even commented on the fact that this miracle was 2% his hands and 98% the Higher Doctor.
Testify to the power of healing and prayer! Our God is alive and He hears us. We aren't out of the woods yet but we see the break ahead. Keep the prayers coming.
God bless you all,

We are home! The doctors let us go early. They said things have gone better than they could have guessed. They said that they see these cases all the time and they have never seen a baby suffer such a fracture without any brain injury until our child. One doctor said it was as if an invisible hand was there protecting her brain from the caved in skull. We know who that hand belongs to, eh? Praise God!
Thank you for your continued support.

Hey friends,
My family just returned from our daughter's one month check up. The doc didn't even do a catscan or x-ray. He came in, looked into her eyes and she smiled back at him with her great big smile. He laughed and told us that we have nothing to worry about. He said anymore contact with him is a waste of money.
What a blessing! Just one last prayer of thanksgiving from me for all you who held up our family in prayer. We knew we had thousands of folks all over the world (and all over the web) praying for us. God bless you and keep you and your families safe.
