Could we plz have a got jesus shirt.. I'm yet to get my self one in real life but one in fake life would be nice as well :)

The website is copywrited but not the "got jesus" is not since, by law anything that has a dictionary name can not be legally copywrited. :)

How about "trademarked" then? After all, Trump got the phrase, "You're Fired!"(tm) trademarked.

Trademark (tm) refers more to branding an item or phrase. A Copywrite is more of saying no one else can use this.. A trademark is to protect who uses it and action to be taken if someone is not using it correctly. Unless they forget to empoy the (tm) mark themselves. Then the infringer may claim ignorance.

To answer your question, Got Jesus has one dead trademark and one live one.

OK, I redid this, but the only way I could make it work was to create the original as a black text item. I've also added separate white and red version to the armory. :)
