i'm looking for "donations" of armor. i'm just starting out with the whole CF character thing, but i don't have any armor at all. i posted in the armor questions/bug forum because i'm really clueless about this whole thing. help or armor would be helpful.:help:

Hey there, SwItChFoOt -- Welcome!
I notice that you have 890 blessings. Blessings are "cash" at CF. 890 is more than enough to start!
First, click on Armor in the blue Navbar at the top.
Click on "Get Character Items" -- the body is 100, and everything else (hair, eyes, etc.) are quite cheap. You must have all 5 before anything can show. Having purchased these, click on "Equip Character Items" and get set up, one thing at a time. You'll "appear" in your posts now, modest but not quite dressed.
Click on "Get Armor" -- look through the shops. You'll want something from each category. First, the Shield that's Salvation Army is "FREE"! (Get it?) One cheap "outfit" is the Tin Foil one. Misc. helmets, belts, etc. are also inexpensive. Furthermore, some folks auction their unwanted stuff at great prices. Some folks collect a little of everything for variation; others stay in one thing and collect blessings for the extravagant things.
For other interesting stuff, click on "Get Specialty Items". That's where you'll find flowers, tacos, jewelry, and all kinds of backgrounds. Same process: Get, then Equip.
Erwin posted (under Allread in the Navbar, I think), and you can find in FAQ, all you could ever hope to know about blessings!
