Hello :),

In the CF-questions forum Carmi, a helpful *speedy* (lol) person, suggested I post my request here:

clowning-around iceskating for a couple years, I hired a *Figure-skating* coach intending
performing a short-program in the future. So, for "God's :clap:figure-skaters"
Please consider making available:
Name of item: *Figure-skates,& a 'modest' skating-dress*
Description: (posted all over www)
Cost: *my own* boots/blades $150; and dress $ 46, used - in "real-life". So,

please cheaper here, lol.

Yes, that dress is fine, especially with the Gold-medal :clap:around her neck, lol - oh, and the 2nd. Skates too. :D - Mine are "SP-teri deluxe" (which will mean little unless you're a skater - too, lol) - anyway, they're made for people doing at least doubles, and I'm still learning the Waltz-jump... today's my next lesson, yeah !!

(Tho, most likely next year - I will need to buy "new Custom:eek:boots" - as

they're starting to crease too much on my ankles. And that's not kewl in landing jumps). I'm a preferred "cw"-skater.

Not to worry: this 'Both-blades-on-ground' was not really an issue, for me.

LOL Sorry, but while it's not technically impossible for a character to be created in that position it's just not gonna happen. If you'll notice everyone's character has the same pose and ALL the armory icons have been made to work with that one pose. It would be opening a HUGE can of worms if the Armory Team took requests for having different poses so in a nutshell it's just not gonna happen. Sorry :) .

Well, noticing how much empty-space is between the top of my hair and the post-line, I am wondering - can *these-here skates be made on fit on characters feet*and
also, can the same be done with the "real"-figureskates ?, shown in this thread originally.

Well obviously, the 'Armour-team' is very Very VERY (lol) - busy keeping us silly little people Happy :D; so-
in the interim, my Character is wearing 'Pixie-Shoes, For the girl who's *light* on her feet". That's right.

Heh! I think most of the armor team is enjoying a day of rest today ;).

We can't start work on an item until the new go-round starts on Sept 15 and we know which requests will be denied and which can be attempted.

I had a thought though...although it would mess up the proportion of the character's legs a little, skates with a patch of ice beneath them would allow some leeway for re-designing the skates with larger blades.

hey, *Good Idea* - oh, and how about making the blades 'glittery' - for distinguishing from surrounding ice. I love it !!

(Yes, coach & I chatted last week, as I said: "Do you realize how much faster I could be progressing were this whole town covered in ice (minus, of course, the Driving-surfaces", and coach said: "Yeah,
you can be a coaching professional like me,
getting PAID :D for Skating" - no more 'Nursing' for me, lol Yippee !!)

(I had searched for New 'skating-outfit', under both 'Tops, & Skirts' before, missing it. And
I searched for New 'skating-boots/blades' under 'SPORTS, Special items': a logical;)place, right?

took a bit getting used to:
1. You did create the dress, just like the 'Original' which is grand. (I'm Soft-pastel wiffle kid).
But,
this muted bluish-grey passes, as Ta-da, drum-roll: This wears *any-color medal Well*, LOL
(Yes, so you know what this;) means, eh? - That's
right,
1. please get buzzzy (lol) - creating lotsa 'Gold, Silver & Bronze' - MEDALS, hanging from red-white-blue cloth, for 50 Blessings each____________________________ (oh, & of course,
2. please, you can create a *Certificate, specifying event medaled in* - whooppie!! LOL

considering I'm still Training for my *1st.* competition (lol), unless

I can't make them taller without really messing up the character's legs. She'll have thick ankles and short legs.

I can make the blades darker and add more shadow, but I can't sparkle them. The blades are one pixel wide, so sparkling would look kind of like one row of a checkerboard. Let me know if you want the blades to be a darker grey.

let me tell you: skating 'BACK___-wards, on one edge____of a filleting-knife, & jumping___ Blind;),
and then Landing on the Other-edge___ - I can assure you, is ALOT more difficult (lol) - than
