Here's an example based on what the others are like, the descriptions usually have the feast days of the EOs and RCs;

Price: 51 Blessings
Description: His feast day is 23 April RCC, 3 November EO

I'm not really familiar with St. George's history, but I know he was a Chivalric soldier and a martyr. Maybe something to that effect could be edited into the description? The other saints have a blurb about thier histories in their descriptions. :)
