Question about the Freckles/Beauty Mark

Ok, so I bought the freckles from the eyebrows, etc. department but I can't equip them because it says I already have something equipped... so does that mean we can have eyebrows OR freckles? Or am I just doing something wrong?

Hmmm...I think that's what it means, because the freckles would go in the same slot as the eyebrows.

We'll have to think on this. Hang on, it might take a while before the best solution is worked out.

Raven is going to rework the freckles so that they include eyebrows, much like the goatee/eyebrow combo. ;)

What if, instead, a new category were created for "miscellaneous characteristics"? (It could even be a category under "special items", so that it wouldn't require adding another slot for equipping items.) That could include the freckles, beauty mark, beards, ears (so they could be equipped at the same time as a hairstyle), and other similar features. That way, people who want the extra characteristics could still choose which type of eyebrows they want.

I think the freckle/eyebrow and beauty mark/eyebrowcombos are uploaded now.

My understanding is that there are limits to how many layers we can add to the characters (how many things can be equipped) before it becomes a real performance drag for people using the system. It would also take work to add another layer to the coding for the characters, work that only Erwin can do.
