Moderator Application Problem

I have been encouraged by some moderators of the Christian Teens and Youth Forum to apply for an application for becoming a moderator.  I fill out the form for the application, with everything properly done, and when I press "Send it!" nothing happens!  I need help, so please tell me what you think.

Also, if you have received my application let me know.  I really want to become a moderator ;)

Your application didn't go through. Make sure you ticked all the boxes on the application form, especially the FIRST box.

Sorry, but I have tried it many times (just tried it again).  I checked over everything carefully, very carefully, and again nothing happened.  So, I sent my application to you through PM.  You should have received it ;)

I had the very same problem a few weeks ago, KnightRobby. :sigh:

I had to apply by PM also, and I probably will have to do so again when I apply again on August 31.
