how to play with a pet?

How does one play with someone else's pet? Had request to do so but dont know how.

Click on the pet's pic then click "play with (pet's name)". Trouble loves that. wag wag wag wag...

I clicked three times...but Trouble's pleasure spots didnt increase.Maybe they are already at Max....?
Is he hungry?

His hunger was at 0% so his pleasure can't increase cuz 0% hunger is 100% pleasure.
