Does anyone have any links to any of Martin Chemnitz's works online?
(Other than the Formula of Concord? ;))
TIA

Just "Google" him. All kinds of links for his writingsWell, I admit I have only visited the first 120 or so links, but I did not find any of his works online. Found lots of stuff about him, quotes, even excerpts of books, but no complete works. Thanks anyway, I truly appreciate the thought.

Oh sorry---with all those references I thought that there would be some works listed. Though somewhat limted I remember seeing quite a few novels/works/exposes on eBooks
years ago. I can't imagine really fnding a full work by him online. Takes up too many kilobytes of memory on someones web page. Just my 2 cents worth :)

There are a handful of things on Jay Webber's Theology Website (http://www.angelfire.com/ny4/djw/lutherantheology.html)...I would imagine there is little more available than this. Were you looking for anything specific?

It's cool.
I was hoping CCEL might have some of his writings. Unfortunately...
You know, I never checked to see if they have any scans that need to be proofread or converted to THTML... Hey, I could learn and help out at the same time.

Thanks!
I know some of the links there are just excerpts, but I haven't checked them all.
Nothing specific, not really. I would like to read "Justification", "The Lord's Prayer", "The doctrine of man in classical Lutheran theology", "Ministry, Word and Sacraments: An Enchiridion", and "The Two Natures in Christ", among others. Then again, there are a lot of other things I want to read, like Augustine (City of God, Confessions), Chesterton (Orthodoxy -- Heretics was GREAT!), more from Luther, among so many, many others. You know, just enough for a weekend or two! ;)

If you read all those books, then will help me with my question?
