I think I might like to watch that new one about the hurricane in Florida that brings an Alien invasion.

Okay - so whats with you flooding the forum? I get on this morning and there are a whole bunch of off topic posts from you. Not that I mind the occasional off topic post, but bunches at a time, by the same person?!?

I'm sticking with ER 'til it goes off the air. I also hate to admit it, but I like watching The Apprentice. Oh, and Grey's Anatomy. But our family favorite is Extreme Home Make-over. It leaves me feeling like there still is some good in the world. :)
Really, we are trying to seriously cut back on TV - we don't have cable, so we only have a few channels to choose from to begin with ;) - but we still find something to take up our time. The boys and I like watching The Nature Show, National Geographic, and Globe Trekker on PBS ... they usually get us talking about how amazing God's creation is and how amazingly He put everything together. They are also good starting points into conversations with my 4 year old about how some people don't like to believe that God created the world (lots of evolution stuff to weed through), and gets us talking about Him. So, thumbs up in my book! :)

Globe Trekker!!! oh yeah, I forgot about that one! It is a bit on the Left of just about everything... but I enjoy traveling with them...
Well, add to Alias BritComs. Faulty Towers, Thin Blue Line, Ha- almost anything with Rowan Atkinson or John Clease... hahaha.... I'm laughing already...

Of course the news also.
Has anyone else experienced this...
When I watch regular tv... even if just for a few minutes... When I walk away I feel like trash has been imprinted on my mind. Stuff coded in that I do not want. sometimes at night the weirdest things will come to mind... I trace the source... and bam! it's tv. I don't watch that much... but it makes me feel, um... unclean.
DH likes to "wind down" in front of the tv. I find that it makes me MORE stressed and overloaded, and bombarded... it doesn't RELAX me!!! (Except BritComs!)
It's like "Welcome to the Machine, plug in & let US think for you for a while...." I don't like that, man! Yikes!!!

I totally forgot about football, especially Monday Night Football and Ohio State College Ball (oh and USC or UCLA, though they kind of stink right now! ;)).

DH won't let me watch Extreme Home Makeover, he got tired of me crying all the time, lol. Last year I watched The Biggest Loser and Apprentice 3, wonder what Martha Stewart is going to do with number four? One tv show I like to watch is Monk, very funny and usually pretty squeeky clean.
