The whole oil for food program was designed to be a tax system that paid the UN billions of dollars anyway that is the reason they did not want the Americans to go in as it would change who was getting the management fees all legal terms for what hese little fish were doing that they want to get the world to look at.

Now America has the management rights under the guise of rebuilding but if you spend the time to follow the money trail it all eventually ends up at the some place which of course is......... perhaps it is not politically correct to say that as I may offend someone.
