How much do I have to spread!

I have been wanting to give some reputation to several different people today, and all I keep getting is that aggravating message about spreading some around before I can give it to whomever I am trying to give it to.:mad:


What gives?

Don't know for sure, if that is in fact correct.

I've often wondered that very thing, but haven't been able to find the answer in the FAQ's. Hopefully someone will be able to answer this.
