I was wondering... is there a reason why we haven't gotten our prayer ropes even though it's been almost a month since we ordered them? and it's been 4-5 weeks since we ordered the 2nd pair of prayer ropes from here...

They said the ropes are made by Monastics? Could that be the cause of the wait? That they are in the process of making them?
