Does my handle / name – “Torah” offend anyone. When I picked it, it was just the first name come to mind. And if it is offensive I have no problem changing it.

I don't have any problem with it :) - it is not like some posters who use G-d's name or the tetragram in their User names

I don't have a problem with it. In fact, I think it's very beautiful.

I have no problem with it at all. After all:

Rom. 10:12 ¶ For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

Who cares what you call it! It has been called the Torah for thousands of years; you can call it and yourself whatever you like!

I wonder why anyone would have a difficulty with it?

I think it's fine :)

I was pondering the meaning of the word “Torah” and what and whom it is speaking of as the living Torah. And I started to fell ashamed that I might be using the word in a common way, and that others might see it in much the same way. But yall helped clear that up. Thanks all.

A blessed week. Shalom
