Tough question, I certainly do not know the precise boundaries. Would make an interesting study more in depth.
Gen 15:18-21 may shed some light on your question though regarding God's first prophecy of its boundaries:
"In that day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: the Kenite, and the Kenizzite, and the Kadmonite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Rephaim, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Girga[wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth]e, and the Jebusite. "
This area was filled precisely during the Solomonic Empire.
Some estimate this amount to be about 300,000 square miles.
Ezekiel 48 gives the boundaries and area of Israel to come.
Also may be of help:

It would be larger than it is now. If King David will rule over Israel in the Messianic Kingdom, it will be very considerable. I wish I knew too. It would make for an intersting study.

Genesis 15
17And it came to pass, when the sun went down and it was dark, that behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a burning torch that passed between those pieces. 18On the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying:
"To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates--
Sorry but that's the best I can do .
